1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NutriThrive IV Drips services and website. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

NutriThrive IV Drips offers mobile IV therapy and wellness services administered by registered healthcare professionals. Our services are intended for wellness and preventative purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Client Responsibilities

→ Complete all intake and screening forms honestly and accurately
Provide a safe and appropriate location for service delivery
Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our staff
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling
For group bookings, 48-hour cancellation notice is required
No-shows may be subjected to a $50 no-show fee

4. Eligibility & Consent

By booking with us, you confirm you are over the age of 18 and have the capacity to provide informed consent. You understand that our services require a basic health screening and may be declined based on medical eligibility.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment (48-hours for group bookings) to avoid a cancellation fee.
 Refunds are not issued for completed services. Pre-paid sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

NutriThrive IV Drips and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. All therapies are administered under the oversight of licensed professionals, but as with any medical-related treatment, individual results may vary.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
