Whether you're booking for energy, immune support, or recovery, we’re with you every step of the way.

Step by Step Guide:

Here’s everything you need to know to feel prepared and confident for your first appointment with NutriThrive IV Drips.
1. Booking Your Appointment

You can schedule your session online through our secure booking platform. Choose your desired service (IV therapy or Oxygen Bar), location (home, office, event), and time slot. We’ll confirm your booking via email or text.

2. Pre-Appointment Preparation

→ Hydrate: Drink water before your session to help with vein visibility and comfort.
→ Eat Something Light: A light meal 1–2 hours before your appointment is recommended.
→ Complete Intake Form: You’ll receive a brief health questionnaire to complete before your visit so our nurse can assess eligibility and safety.

3. What to Expect at Your Appointment

Our nurse will arrive at your location with all necessary supplies.
You’ll review your intake form together and have a chance to ask questions.
After choosing your arm, the nurse will insert a small catheter and begin your drip.
The process takes 30–45 minutes. You’ll be seated comfortably and monitored throughout.

4. During the Session

You can relax, listen to music, read, or work.
You may also add an Oxygen Bar session.
Most clients feel relaxed and refreshed during the infusion.

5. After Your Drip

You may feel energized, hydrated, or notice increased mental clarity.
Some benefits may be immediate, while others (like skin glow or immune support) develop over the next 24–48 hours.
Drink fluids and avoid alcohol immediately after your session.

6. Safety & Oversight

All sessions are administered by a licensed registered nurse under the guidance of our medical director. We use Health Canada-approved products and follow strict sterile technique.
